Goldman Sachs is in talks to be an authorized participant for bitcoin ETFs, joining other major finance giants in this role. The multi-trillion-dollar ETF industry is seeing significant interest in bitcoin ETFs, with companies like JPMorgan Chase, Jane Street, and Cantor Fitzgerald also taking on the AP job. There is anticipation for each bitcoin ETF to ultimately have five to 10 APs, and big U.S. banks are being invited to join the bitcoin ETF party. BlackRock and Grayscale, major players in the investment world, are seeking to introduce bitcoin ETFs, with Grayscale having won a landmark court battle against the SEC to upgrade its bitcoin trust into an ETF.
