ServiceNow's Chief Operating Officer CJ Desai emphasized that incorporating watsonx models will enhance customer experiences and streamline operations. The integrated service is set to launch on Thursday, May 9. Additionally, the combined capabilities of ServiceNow and Microsoft AI assistants aim to boost productivity, with Copilot seamlessly interacting with Now Assist in Microsoft Teams for employee requests and document creation within Microsoft 365 applications.
