BlackRock's Bitcoin ETF, IBIT, has seen remarkable success, with over $500 million in inflows recorded on July 22. This brings its total inflows to nearly $2 billion over the last 12 trading sessions and over $19.5 billion since its January launch. The ETF's share price has exhibited strong recovery, with record trading volumes and over 325,000 BTC worth more than $22.5 billion, resulting in a 20% surge over the past two weeks.
BlackRock is also set to launch a spot Ethereum ETF, with a competitive management fee of 0.25%, following the crossing of $10 billion in net assets under management. Speculations of the CEO potentially becoming the next US Treasury Secretary add to the anticipation surrounding this move. However, just before the Ether ETFs go live for trading, the Ethereum price has experienced selling pressure, dropping to $3,450 levels.
