Lead Plaintiff Christine Head claims these calls violated the Telephone Consumer Protection Act. The settlement will be distributed equally among class members, with a maximum claim of $2,500, unless individuals can prove they were called more than five times. Non-customers who received unsolicited calls from Citibank between August 15th, 2014 and July 31st, 2024 are eligible to file claims by December 20th, 2024, with the final approval hearing set for January 14th.
