Tether, the largest stablecoin issuer, has sent $800 million worth of USDT to Binance, the top crypto exchange. This transfer suggests institutional onramping, according to blockchain firm Arkham. Tether also minted 1 billion USDT on the Tron network, and Binance.US has restored USD fiat deposits and withdrawals with zero fees. USDT's market cap is currently $141.75 billion, nearing its all-time high.
