El Salvador's digital asset regulator, CNAD, has signed a regulatory agreement with Paraguay's SEPRELAD to facilitate cooperation and information exchange on supervising digital assets. The agreement aims to prevent regulatory arbitrage and leverage El Salvador's expertise in digital assets.
Additionally, a Bahraini exchange has issued tokenized gold, allowing ownership of the precious metal without physical storage complexities. The tokens are limited to accredited investors and can be traded on the exchange's secondary market.
